Concord Arrest Log (Aug. 3, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Dakota Arsenault, 20, of Allenstown, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on July 31, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. He was arrested on Heartwood Lane.
• Wade Costello, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 10:32 a.m. on July 31, and charged with four counts of Felonious Sexual Assault – Statutory Rape and two counts of Endangering Welfare of Child/Incompetent. He was arrested on Garvins Falls Road.
• Paul Vera, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 12:53 p.m. on July 31, for a Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD). He was arrested on Granite Avenue.
• Nathanial Carr, 17, of Hillsboro, was arrested on July 31, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on Washington Street. Police allege that Carr assaulted a parent.
• Adrian Battis, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on July 31, on two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at the intersection of North Main and Park streets. Police allege that Battis assaulted a man.
• Richard Loranger, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 9:39 p.m. on July 31, and charged with two counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. Police allege that he used used the credit card at the Wal-Mart on Loudon Road on May 5.
• Rocco Sfara, 36, of Concord, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Aug. 1, and charged with Violation of a Protective Order; Penalty. He was arrested on North Main Street and held without bail.
• Robert Antonis, 40, of Franklin, was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on Aug. 1, on Sandquist Street, on a Bench Warrant.
• Benjamin Alley, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on Aug. 1, and charged with Theft. He was arrested at the Shaw’s Supermarket on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that Alley stole beer, wine, and food, valued at $15.
• Denzel Nelson-Garvey, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. on Aug. 2, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Disorderly Conduct. He was arrested at Concord Hospital. At 2:59 a.m., Nelson-Garvey was re-arrested and charged with Default or Breach of Bail Conditions, Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), Resisting Arrest or Detention, and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at Pond Place Lane.
• James Brady, 46, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 2, and charged with Obstructing Government Administration and Disorderly Conduct. He was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on Pleasant Street.
