ARRESTS: Concord Woman Charged with DWI

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Joshua Lane, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 15, and charged with Attempt to Commit Burglary and Possession of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 4:02 a.m. at the  on Loudon Road. Lane is due back in court on Sept. 14.
• Kathleen Helms, 57, of Concord, was arrested at 1:32 p.m. on Aug. 21, on a Driving While Intoxicated charge. She was arrested on Pleasant Street. Helms is due back in court on Sept. 21.
• Bal Gautam, 49, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 22, and charged with Operating Without A Valid License and Moving A Vehicle. He was arrested at 1 p.m. on North Main Street. He is due back in court on Sept. 26.
• Sarah Douillette, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 23, and charged with Theft. She was arrested at 12:43 p.m. at at the on Loudon Road. Douillette is expected back in court on Sept. 26.
• Erick Bibeau, 40, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 23, and charged with Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another. He was arrested at 9 p.m. at on Fort Eddy Road.
• Brian Lansol, 48, was arrested on Aug. 24, and charged with Driving While Revocation or Suspension. He was arrested on at 4:49 p.m. on North Main Street. Lansol is due back to court on Sept. 27.
• Andrea Maceachern, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Aug. 24, on a Bench Warrant charge. She was arrested on South Spring Street and is due back in court on Sept. 27.
