Concord Arrest Log (Aug. 5, 2011)

A Pembroke teen was arrested recently on multiple counts of fraudulent credit card use and theft at Concord stores.

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

  • Jessica Bedard, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 4:34 p.m. on July 27, on a Theft charge, against Target on D’Amante Drive, on July 11.
  • Lauren Golomb, 19, of Pembroke, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. on July 27, and charged with three counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, three counts of Theft by Deception, and one count of Receiving Stolen Property. Police allege that Golomb used the card at the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street and the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road on May 17.
  • Jose Sanchez, 27, of Manchester, was arrested on July 28, and charged with Operating Without a Valid License. He was stopped at 5:53 a.m. on Clinton Street.
  • Alexander Mauer, 17, of Penacook, was arrested on July 30, and charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs, Unlawful Possession of Alcohol, and Resisting Arrest or Detention. She was arrested at 2 a.m. on High Street.
  • Samuel Niebling, 17, of Boscawen, was arrested on July 30, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol and Resisting Arrest or Detention. He was arrested at 2:25 a.m. on High Street.
  • Melissa Bailey, 56, of Concord, was arrested on July 30, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving After Revocation or Suspension, and Resisting Arrest or Detention. She was arrested at 4:18 p.m. while driving on Hall Street.
  • Chad Fennessy, 19, of Pittsfield, was arrested on July 31, on two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. He was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Heartwood Lane.
  • James Courtemanche, 46, of Franklin, was arrested on Aug. 1, and charged with Theft of Lost or Mislaid Property. He was arrested at 2:30 p.m. at the Concord bus depot on Stickney Avenue. Police allege that the victim in the case was an 80-year-old woman.
  • Kyle Kukla, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 1, and charged with Transportation of Alcoholic Beverages by a Minor. He was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on Thorndike Street.
  • Mark Sweet, 26, of Loudon, was arrested on Aug. 2, on one count of Theft By Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. He was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Manchester Street. Police allege that Sweet stole a $450 tow hitch from Capital City Automotive on July 23.
  • Todd Calley, 24, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 2, and charged with Second Degree Assault (Personal Weapons) and Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested 3:05 p.m. on Downing Street.
  • Warren Emery, 43, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 2, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Perley Street. Police allege that Emery assaulted a woman.
