Concord Arrest Log (Aug. 9, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Richard Fenderson, 18, of Concord, was arrested on July 30, on one count of Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. He was arrested on High Street at 2:24 a.m.
• Timothy Misiaszek, 39, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 4, and charged with False Inspection or Registration Sticker. He was arrested at 8:47 a.m. while driving on Airport Road.
• Elizabeth Romboldi, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 4, and charged with Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. She was arrested at 11:14 a.m. at the City Clerk’s Office on Green Street.
• Christopher Beauregard, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 4, on a Bench Warrant and Arrest Without a Warrant. He was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on East Side Drive.
• Claressa Dionne, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 4, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. She was arrested at 11:30 p.m. on Gates Street. Police allege that Dionne assaulted a parent.
• Jessica Gagnon, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 5, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. She was arrested at 12:44 p.m. on Loudon Road. Police allege that Gagnon assaulted a man.
• Angel Lema Castro, 32, of Medford, Mass., was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with Operating Without a Valid License. He was arrested 8 p.m. on North Main Street.
• Joseph Maloney, 19, of Boscawen, was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. He was arrested at 9:21 p.m. on Manchester Street. Police allege that Maloney stole a tow hitch, four aluminum wheels, two sets of truck springs, a Ford standard transmission, a Ford transfer case, a Jeep transfer case, and six steel beams from Capitol City Automotive on Manchester Street on July 23. The value of the items was nearly $2,500.
• Joshua Manias, 17, of Boscawen, was arrested on Aug. 5, and charged with Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, etc.) and Default or Breach of Bail Conditions. He was arrested 10:43 p.m. on Washington Street in Penacook.
• Thomas Moore, 25, of Concord, was arrested 2:01 a.m. on Aug. 6, on a Bail Jumping charge.
• Roslyn Mortillaro, 54, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 6, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension and Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD). She was arrested at 7:20 a.m. on Village Street in Penacook.
• Nathan Gagnon, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. on Aug. 8, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested on Loudon Road. Police allege that Gagnon assaulted a man.
• Roy Wheeler, 57, of Concord, was arrested at 10:53 a.m. on Aug. 8, on one count of Unsworn Falsification. The incident, according to a police report, concerned a pistol application Wheeler reportedly filled out.
