Concord Arrest Log (Dec. 5, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Cory Bennett, 21, of Middleton, was arrested on Nov. 25, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. He was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on Elm Street. The victim in the case was reportedly a female city of Concord employee. Bennett was held on $6,000 bail and had a court date on Nov. 28.
  • Michelle Watson, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 25, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. She was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on North Spring Street. Watson has a court date on Dec. 19.
  • Heather Jensen, 22, of Manchester, was arrested on Nov. 25, and charged with Possession Of Drugs and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. She was arrested at 4:16 p.m. on North Main Street. Police allege that Jensen was in possession of marijuana in a baggie, a marijuana grinder, and a glass pipe. She has a court date on Dec. 19.
  • Sherry Anderson, 34, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 25, on an Attempt To Commit Simple Assault charge. She was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Loudon Road. Police allege she attempted to assault woman she did not otherwise know. Anderson is due back in court on Dec. 19.
  • Jonathan Whittemore, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 12:14 p.m. on Nov. 26, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Threatening. Police allege the incidents took place at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 25, on South State Street.
  • Tyler Corey, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 26, and charged with three counts of Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested at 3:54 p.m. on Water Street and alleged damaged a residence there and on 7 Dakin Street. Corey refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 26.
  • Sharyn Leclerc, 23, of Pembroke, was arrested on Nov. 27, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Suspended Registration (Operating-MISD), Drivers License Prohibtions, and Driving Without Giving Proof. She was arrested at 7:54 a.m. on Loudon Road. Leclerc is due back in court on Dec. 19.
  • Justin Belair, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 27, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Criminal Trespass, and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Perley Street. Police allege the victim in the case was Belair’s girlfriend. He is due back in court on Dec. 19.
  • Jerry Allen, 50, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 27, on three Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on Summer Street. Allen refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 28.
  • Jay Mudgett, 22, of Pembroke, was arrested on Nov. 27, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 6:17 p.m. at on 60 Commercial Street.
