ARRESTS: Vermont Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Terrill Park

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Brendon Sprague, 28, of Webster, was arrested on June 30, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested around 2:30 p.m. on the grounds of Concord Hospital. Sprague reportedly damaged a ceiling diffuser valued at $450. 
• Christopher Phelps, 26, of Weare, was arrested on July 3, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:57 a.m. at the McDonald's Restaurant on South Main Street. 
• Vanessa Rosario, 45, of Allenstown, was arrested on July 3, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (personal weapons) and two counts of Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another. She was arrested on Canton Circle at 9 p.m. and reportedly was involved in an altercation with a Concord teenager.
• Brandi MacLellan, 17, of Concord, was arrested on July 3, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. She was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on Canton Circle. 
• Paul Noyes, 55, of Concord, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. on July 4, on a Bench Warrant. He was picked up on Warren Street. 
• Ruby Earle, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on July 5, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested on Thompson Street. 
• Jennifer Hall, 30, of Concord, was arrested on July 7, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. She was arrested on South Main Street at 2:30 p.m. 
• Paul Raymond, 44, of St. Johnsbury, Ver., was arrested on July 7, and charged with Indecent Exposure and Lewdness. He was arrested 12:50 p.m. at Terrill Park on Old Turnpike Road. 
• Eileen Taylor, 21, of Concord, was arrested on July 8, and charged with four counts of Simple Assault (personal weapons). She was arrested at 6:11 p.m. on Eastman Street. 
• Jeremy Owen, 39, of Concord, was arrested on July 9, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. He was picked up at 2:06 a.m. outside The Barley House Restaurant on North Main Street. 
• Derek Deschenes, 23, of Henniker, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. on July 9, and charged with two counts of Default or Breach of Bail Conditions and Criminal Trespass. He was arrested on South State Street. 
• Christopher George, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 3:19 a.m. on July 9, on one count of Disorderly Conduct. He was arrested on South State Street. 
• Kevin Cronin, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on July 9, on a Bench Warrant. He was picked up on Fayette Street.
