ARRESTS: Concord Man Arrested for Lewdness in Terrill Park

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Samuel Biondolillo, 26, of Concord, was arrested on June 28, and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing Government Administration. He was arrested at 1:26 p.m. at McDonald's Restaurant on Loudon Road. 
• Kirsten Porter, 18, of Concord, was arrested on July 10, and charged with Theft. She alleged stole items from the Market Basket on Storrs Street at 2:42 p.m. 
• Cornelia Cooper, 18, of Concord, was arrested on July 10, and charged with False Report on Accident. She was arrested on Loudon Road at 10:06 p.m. 
• Daniel Perkins, 45, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on July 11, on a False Inspection Sticker charge. He was arrested on Downing Street. 
• Natalie Bartlett, 18, of Concord, was arrested on July 11, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol and Transportation of Alcoholic Beverages by a Minor. She was arrested at 2:41 a.m. on Second Street. 
• Michael Hicks, 46, of Concord, was arrested on July 12, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Indecent Exposure or Lewdness, Resisting Arrest or Detention, and Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, etc.). He was arrested at 12:06 p.m. at Terrill Park. 
• Richard Stebbins, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. on July 12, on a Default or Breach of Bail Conditions charge. He was arrested on North Main Street. 
• Korrie Penna Sr., 33, of Concord, was arrested on July 12, and charged with Conduct After an Accident, Driving After Revocation or Suspension, and Unlawful or Unsafe Backing of a Vehicle. He was arrested at 2:33 p.m. on Pleasant Street. 
• Shawn Sullivan, 27, of Loudon, was arrested on July 12, and charged with Second Degree Assault. He was arrested on East Side Drive after an alleged altercation with a woman. 
• Tanya Boudreau, 30, of Winterport, Maine, was arrested on July 12 at 6:19 p.m. and charged with Attempt to Commit Burglary. She was arrested on Garvins Falls Road.
• John Woods Giosi, 21, of Concord, was arrested on July 12, on one count of Operating Without a Valid License. He was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on North Spring Street. 
• Annie Berkey, 18, of Concord, was arrested on July 13, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. She was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Thompson Street. 
• Jermaine Jones, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on July 13, on a Bench Warrant. He was picked up at the McDonald's Restaurant on Loudon Road. 
• Nathaniel White, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 10:02 a.m. on July 13, and charged with Disorderly Conduct. He was arrested on Loudon Road. 
• Jessica Genest, 20, of Pittsfield, was arrested on July 13, on one charge of Conduct After an Accident. She was arrested 3:17 p.m. on D'Amante Drive. 
• Barbara Cote, 59, of Concord, was arrested on July 13, on one charge of Conduct After an Accident. She was arrested on at 3:58 p.m. on Terrill Park Drive. 
• Kim Slatton, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on July 13, on one charge of Conduct After an Accident. She was arrested on North Main Street.
