Concord Arrest Log (July 2, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Mark Urbon, 35, of Concord, was arrested on June 24, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Conduct After an Accident. He was stopped on North State Street at 12:19 a.m.
• Amber Tucker, 23, of Concord, was arrested on June 24, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. She was stopped at 2:15 a.m. on Garvin Falls Road.
• Amanda Kelley, 29, of Henniker, was arrested on June 28, and charged with Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. She was arrested at 4:29 a.m. at Concord Hospital.
• Libby Jordan, 22, of Concord, was arrested on June 28, on one count of Reckless Operation. She was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on Merrimack Street in Penacook after an alleged accident.
• Kyle Wheeler, 21, of Loudon, was arrested on June 28, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension, Conduct After an Accident, and Default or Breach of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 11:49 a.m. on Oak Hill Road.
• Tyler Waters, 28, of Boscawen, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on June 28, on a Violation of Protective Order; Penalty, charge. He was arrested on Elm Street.
• Tish Kay, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. on June 28, on a Bench Warrant. She was picked up at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.
• Roy Aikens, 48, of Concord, was arrested on June 28, and charged with Simple Assault (personal weapons), Resisting Arrest or Detention, and two Default or Breach of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 6:31 p.m. at the Friendly’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.
• Eric Houlne, 21, of Concord, was arrested on June 29, on an Arrest Without a Warrant charge. He was picked up on Walker Street at 1 a.m. and later, taken into custody by the Franklin Police Dept.
• Peter Truscott II, 24, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. on June 29 and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was stopped on I-93 southbound between Exits 15 and 14.
• Marc Mallard, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on June 30, and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest or Detention. He was arrested on Grove Street.
• Alan Rogers, 28, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. on June 30, and charged with three counts of Sale of Controlled Drugs. Police alleged that he sold Oxycodone in the parking lots of the Integra Car Wash on Integra Drive and the CVS on Hall Street.
• Larry Elliott Jr., 35, of Northfield, was arrested 7:44 p.m. on June 30, and charged with Theft By Deception and Receiving Stolen Property, at the WalMart on Loudon Road.
• Wendy Thibeault, 40, of Chichester, was arrested on June 30, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. She was stopped at 12:15 a.m. on Route 106/Sheep Davis Road.
