ARRESTS: Man Bagged for Drugs at Everett Arena

- Gerald Seguin, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 12:18 a.m. on July 17, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested on Green Street.
- Dustin Delaney, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 1:08 a.m. on July 17, on two Bench Warrant counts. He was arrested on Airport Road.
- Chad Hamblin, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 6:31 a.m. on July 17, and charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs, Possession of Drugs, and one charge of being a Habitual Offender. He was arrested at the Everett Arena on Loudon Road.
- Craig Thomas, 46, of Allenstown, was arrested on July 17, on one count of Violation of Protective Order. He was arrested at 6:52 a.m. on Bainbridge Drive.
- Deborah Roberts, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on July 17, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). Police allege that Roberts assaulted another woman on June 30.
- Jean Downs, 40, of Plymouth, was arrested on July 17, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. He was arrested at 5:54 p.m. at The Draft on South Main Street.
- Donald Dubois, 21, of Concord, was arrested on July 17, and charged with Theft; From a Building, Burglary, and Receiving Stolen Property. He was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on South Main Street. The charges stem from incidents on May 2 and May 10 at a Basin Street construction site.
- Anthony Hilliard, 21, of Laconia, was arrested on July 17, and charged with Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another. He was arrested at 7:47 p.m. at the WalMart on Loudon Road.
- Bobby Gagnon, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 8:04 a.m. on July 18, on a Duty to Report charge.
- Charles Matthews, 22, of Rumney, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on July 18, and charged with Stalking. He was arrested at the Shell Station on Loudon Road. Police allege that Matthews was stalking a woman.
- Erin Campbell, 28, of Franklin, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on July 18, on a Warrant, at the New Hampshire Liquor Outlet on Storrs Street.
- Michael Greenlaw, 26, was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on July 18, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension and Suspended Registration. He was arrested at the Market Basket on Storrs Street.
- Harold Lassonde, 22, of Bow, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on July 18, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. He was arrested on North State Street.
- Richard Smolag, 29, of Antrim, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on July 18, on a Default or Breach of Bail Conditions charge. He was arrested on Clinton Street.
