ARRESTS: Hillsboro Man Charged with Indecent Exposure, Lewdness

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Allen LeClair, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on July 4, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested on Fayette Street. Police allege he assaulted a woman.
• Katie Phillips, 30, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on July 9, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated and one count of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. She was arrested on Loudon Road.
• Annie Jarbah, 46, of Concord, was attested at 10:06 p.m. on July 10, and charged with Operating Without a Valid License, Conduct After an Accident, and False Report on Accident. She was arrested on Loudon Road.
• Holly Calley, 30, of Concord, was arrested on July 20, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of Controlled Drugs. She was arrested at 5:56 a.m. at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.
• Jesse DeFlorio, 19, of Concord, was arrested on July 25, on one count of Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. He was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Fisherville Road.
• Jason LeBlanc, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. on July 25, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. He was stopped at the intersection of Perley and South streets.
• Kevin Caldwell, 40, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 1 p.m. on July 26 on a Warrant. He was arrested on Loudon Road.
• Gregory Hebert, 43, of Walpole, was arrested on July 26, on a Bench Warrant. He was also charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. He was arrested at 2:28 p.m. at Heritage Harley-Davidson on Manchester Street.
• Anastasia Hrycuna-Perron, 51, of Chichester, was arrested on July 26, and charged with Theft. She was arrested at 2:42 p.m. at the Walmart on Loudon Road. Police allege that Hrycuna-Perron stole merchandise valued at $375.08.
• James O’Brien Jr., 38, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 4 p.m. on July 26, and charged with Indecent Exposure and Lewdness. He was arrested on Regional Drive.
• Mindy Amado, 32, of Concord, was arrested on July 26, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on Dunklee Street.
