ARRESTS: Felon with Dangerous Weapon Charged

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

CONCORD, NH - Mark Lawrence Jr., 24, of Concord, was arrested on June 26, 2011, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Conspiracy. He was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on Washington Street in Penacook.

Thomas Simpson, 21, of Concord, was arrested on June 26, 2011, and charged with Armed Robbery (knife/cutting instrument), Simple Assault (personal weapons), Obstructing Report of Crime or Injury, and Criminal Trespass. He was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on South Main Street.

Brenton Erickson, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. on June 27, 2011, on a Bench Warrant.

Paul Rapazzo, 35, of Methuen, Mass., was arrested on June 27, 2011, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 9:04 a.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and D’Amante Drive.

Timothy Carignan, 20, of Bow, was arrested at 9:50 a.m. on June 27, 2011, on a Bench Warrant.

Louis Bisbal, 31, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. on June 27, 2011, and charged with being a Habitual Offender. He was arrested at the Irving Gas Station on Pleasant Street near Concord High School.

Robert Clark, 22, of Concord, was arrested on June 27, 2011, and charged with being a Felon in Possession of Dangerous Weapon (knife/cutting instrument), Prowling, and Criminal Trespass. He was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on Commercial Street near the grounds of New Hampshire Technical Institute.
