ARRESTS: Concord Teen Charged with Attempt to Commit Arson

  • , 48, of Concord, was arrested on March 9, on a Criminal Trespass charge. He was arrested at 8:20 p.m. at on Loudon Road. refused bail and had a court date on March 12.
  • Chad R. Fennessey, 20, of Concord, was arrested on March 9, and charged with Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 10 p.m. on Manchester Street. Fennessey’s personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000 and he is due in Sixth District Court on April 9.
  • Angela M. Lamprey, 43, of Canterbury, was arrested on March 9, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. She was arrested at the on Loudon Road at 11:14 p.m. Lamprey’s personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and she is due in Sixth District Court on April 9.
  • , 18, of Concord was arrested on March 9, and charged with Attempt To Commit Arson and Possession Of Prescription Drugs W/O Prescription. He was arrested at 11:20 p.m. on South State Street. The alleged arson charge relates to an incident on Feb. 21. Police allegedly seized 10 doses of narcotics, the specific type of which were not reported in the arrest report. The reported victim in the case is a male senior citizen from Concord who was an acquaintance of Pitt’s. Pitts was held without bail and had a court date on March 12.
  • Samuel Morgan Brown, 19, of Concord, was arrested on March 10, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. He was arrested at 4 p.m. on Warren Street. The alleged victim in the case was a male teenager who was reportedly a friend of Brown’s. A number of students were witnesses in the investigation of this case. Brown’s personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he is due in Sixth District Court on April 16.
  • Ryan Lamarche, 18, of Concord, was arrested on March 10, on a Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty. He was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on Hoit Road. The reported victim in the case is a female teenage acquaintance. Lamarche had a court date on March 12.
  • Melquan Lord, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. on March 10, on a Criminal Threatening charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on March 2, on South State Street. The alleged victims in the case were a female teenager and a male child, both acquaintances of Lord’s. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and he had a court date on March 12.
