Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 3, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Aaron Cottreau, 19, of Nottingham, was arrested on Oct. 30, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) and Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol. He was arrested at 2 a.m. at the Burger King on Loudon Road. Police allege that Cottreau damaged an entry door valued at $500. He is due back in court on Nob. 28.
Ryan DeGreenia, 26, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 30, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested 8:15 p.m. on Penwood Drive. DeGreenia has a court date set for Nov. 28.
Frank Borneman, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. on Oct. 31, on a Bench Warrant. According to a police report, he was wanted by Grafton Superior Court for “arson – non appearance at court.” He was held without bail and had a court date on Oct. 31.

Scott Nash, 52, of Stockholm, Maine, was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on Oct. 31, and charged with Registration Of Sex Offenders; Failure To Comply and Change Of Registration; Duty To Inform, both felonies. He was held on $10,000 bail and had a court date on Nov. 1. Police allege that Nash failed to register on July 20, and changed his registration information on May 31.
Kelly Hutchins, 18, of Henniker, was arrested on Nov. 1, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 1:34 a.m. on Village Street in Penacook. She was due back in court on Nov. 2.

Richard Crowther, 32, of Northwood, was arrested on Nov. 1, and charged with Criminal Trespass. He was arrested at 5:14 a.m. on Eastman Street. Crowther had a court date on Nov. 1.
