Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 7, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Michelle Belkner, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 11:12 a.m. on Nov. 2, and charged with two counts of Theft By Unauthorized Taking. Police allege that the victim in the case was on Loudon Road. On Sept. 12, police allege that Belkner stole a teal bra valued at $5.98 and two 12-ounce cans of Red Bull, valued at almost $10. Later in the day, Belkner was also charged with Theft, allegedly from the on Loudon Road. Police allege that she stole a $4 can of Red Bull from the store on Oct. 26. She has a court date set for Nov. 28, to answer to both incidents.
- Kimberly Landry, 29, of Franklin, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 2, on a Theft charge. Police allege that Landry stole $70 worth of lottery tickets from the gas station on Loudon Road on June 26. She was held without bail and had a court date on Nov. 3. Previously, Landry was reportedly arrested on Aug. 23, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking. She allegedly took two $30 Royal Riches Lottery tickets, police said, from another store.
- Thoma Peci, 62, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 2, on two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Sewalls Falls Road. Peci is due back in court on Nov. 28.
- Sheila Blake, 62, of Boothbay Harbor, Maine, was arrested at 10:59 p.m. on Nov. 2, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated 2nd Offense, Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, Disobeying An Officer, Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container, Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Possession Of Controlled Drugs, and Possession Of Drugs. Police allege that the incidents occurred during a 15 minutes period of the evening outside on South Main Street and the on Ferry Street. Police allege the victim in the case was a city employee who was a stranger to Blake. Police allege that Blake had a “wooden pipe with marijuana” which reportedly yielded a positive field test as well as a bottle of Skyy Vodka. She was held without bail and had a court date on Nov. 3.
- Amanda “Mandy” Truchon, 35, of Concord, was arrested at 3:43 a.m. on Nov. 3, and charged with Criminal Threatening (Intimidation, Etc.). Police allege the victim in the case was a woman who was a stranger to Truchon. The alleged incident occurred on Oct. 25, on East Side Drive.
- Jeremy Benda, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. on Nov. 3, on two bench warrants dated Oct. 5 and Oct. 21. Benda had a court date on Nov. 4.
