Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 9, 2011)

CONCORD, NH - Shawna Voorhees, 25, of Antrim, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Oct. 25, 2011, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer from the on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that she stole miscellaneous clothing, 13 items, valued at $173.89. Voorhees is due back in court on Nov. 21.

Laura Martin, 20, of Warner, was arrested on Oct. 31, 2011, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated, Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container, and Transportation Of Alcoholic Beverages By A Minor. She was arrested at 6:10 p.m. at the Hess on Water Street. Martin is due back in court on Nov. 28.

Patrick Boyce, 17, of Loudon, was arrested at 12:07 a.m. on Nov. 3, 2011, on a Prowling charge. Police allege that a witness reportedly saw Boyce prowling at or near the on Airport Road at around 11:39 p.m. He has a court date on Dec. 5.

Matthew Berridge, 29, of Gilford, was arrested on Nov. 3, 2011, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was also taken into protective custody due to suspected use of alcohol, according to the police report. Berridge was arrested at 4:40 a.m. on Franklin Street. Police allege that the victim in the case was a woman who was a stranger to Berridge. He is due back in court on Nov. 28.
Brian Bonnette, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 4, 2011, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), and two counts of Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 6:55 a.m. on Centre Street. Police allege that the victim in the case was Bonnette’s girlfriend and that he broke picture frames, and damaged a door and a wall. Police also allege that at the time of his arrest, Bonnette was in possession of a bag of marijuana and glass smoking pipe with marijuana residue. Police also reportedly took a 12 gauge Mossberg Maverick Model 88 pump action shotgun along with a box of 25 12-gauge Winchester shotgun shells from the residence that was “held for safe keeping.” Bonnette had a court date on Nov. 4.
Alicia Bresnahan, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2011, on a Bench Warrant. The warrant involved an incident on Liberty Street on Aug. 17. She had a court date on Nov. 7.
Jesse Stahley, 34, of Bow, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2011, and charged with Theft By Deception, a felony. Police allege that the victim in the case was a male acquaintance of Stahley’s who reportedly gave him a $5,000 deposit for construction work on a Madison Street home on Oct. 30. Stahley was released on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date on Nov. 28.
Ann Sadatis, 58, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 4, 2011, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). She was arrested at 6 p.m. on Manchester Street. Police allege that Sadatis destroyed or damaged a glass valued at $1. The victim in the case was an adult male child, according to a police report. She had a court date on Nov. 7.
Allison Ford was arrested at 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 4, and charged with four counts of Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, all felony charges, as well as seven counts of Receiving Stolen Property. Police allege that the victim in the case was the Thomas Welch Estate and that the items were taken from Upstairs on North State Street. Bail was set at $20,000. Ford had a court date on Nov. 7.
Matthew Parent, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2011, and charged with Willful Concealment against the Sears on Loudon Road. Parent is due back in court on Nov. 28.
