Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 1, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Daniel Frenette, 19, of Salisbury, was arrested on Sept. 27, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 1:20 a.m. at the boat ramp on Sewalls Falls Road. Police allege that he was with a teenage girl at the time of the arrest. Frenette is due back in court on Nov. 1.
- Later in the day, at 6:02 p.m., Frenette was arrested again and charged with Theft and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. Police allege that he stole an item or items from the on D’Amante Drive. He is due back in court to face those charges on Nov. 1.
- Paul Hamilton, 28, of Concord, was arrested at the , at 10:02 a.m. on Sept. 27, on a warrant. He is due back in Plymouth District Court on Oct. 24.
- Daniel Perkins, 45, of Salisbury, was arrested at 12:24 p.m. on Sept. 27, and charged with Conduct After An Accident and Unlawful Over Width. The incident relates to an incident that occurred at the on Fisherville Road on Sept. 3. Perkins is due back in court on Nov. 1.
- Joel Barlow, 24, of Belmont, was arrested on Sept. 27, and charged with Criminal Mischief, Attempt To Commit Theft From Building, and Criminal Trespass. The arrests relate to an incident on May 23, at the WalMart on Loudon Road. Barlow’s next court date is set for Nov. 1.
- Robert Gelinas, 24, of Epsom, was arrested on Sept. 27, and charged with Theft and two counts of Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 7:39 p.m. at the on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that Gelinas stole beer, Melotonin pills, Aleve pills, and potentially other items. They also allege that he was in possession of Marijuana and Suboxone. Police also confiscated a spoon and syringes that reportedly may have contained traces of heroin. Gelinas had a follow up court date earlier this week.
