Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 10, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Eric Fredericksen, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Oct. 5, on a Fugitive From Justice charge. He was arrested at the on South Main Street. Fredericksen had a court date earlier this week.
  • Nicholas Theobald, 43, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 5, and charged with Change Of Registration Information; Duty To Inform, a felony, and Unsworn Falsification. He was arrested at 10:21 a.m. on Rumford Street. The incidents occurred on Oct. 1, according to police reports. Theobald is due back in court on Nov. 1.
  • June Morey, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 10:34 a.m. on Oct. 5, and charged with Conduct After An Accident and Unlawful Or Unsafe Backing Of A Vehicle. Police allege the charges relate to incidents at the on Fort Eddy Road on Sept. 29. According to police, the victim in the case was an elderly woman. Morey is due back in court on Nov. 7.
  • Marjorie Jeffers, 54, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 5, and charged with Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty, Resisting Arrest, and two counts of Simple Assault. She was arrested at 11:51 a.m. on Federal Street. Police allege that the victims in the case were a male neighbor and a male officer. Jeffers had a court date earlier this week.
  • Dylan Bagley, 19, of Pembroke, was arrested at 4:39 p.m. on Oct. 5, and charged with Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another. Police allege that the charges relate to an incident at on Fort Eddy Road on Sept. 22. Bagley is due back in court on Nov. 7.
  • Stephanie DeVarney, 25, of Pembroke, was arrested on Oct. 5, on a Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty charge. She was arrested at 10:15 p.m. at the Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive. Police allege the charge was against a female friend of DeVarney’s. She was held without bail and had a court date earlier this week.
