Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 13, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Jeffrey Lucier, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 3:28 a.m. on Oct. 3, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense, and Conduct After An Accident. He was arrested on North State Street. The city of Concord was reportedly the victim in the incident. Lucier is due back in court on Nov. 2.
  • Nicholas Archambault, 17, of Pembroke, was arrested at 12:38 p.m. on Oct. 6, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. According to a police report, the victim in the case was on Fort Eddy Road and the incident was held on Sept. 22. About an hour later, Archambault was arrested again and charged with Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He is due back in court on both charges on Nov. 8.
  • Richard Glover, 41, of Sanborton, was arrested at 1:40 p.m. on Oct. 6, on a warrant. He was held without bail. According to a police report, Glover was wanted by Sanborton for “failure to register.” He was arrested at Arnie’s Place on Loudon Road. Glover had a court date in Franklin District Court last week. About an hour after his arrest, Glover was rearrested on a Duty To Report charge dating back from Sept. 9, according to a second police report.
  • Meredith Schwinger, 24, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 6, and charged with Theft and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. She was arrested at 7:25 p.m. at on Fort Eddy Road and is due back in court on Nov. 8.
  • Benjamin Brackett-York, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 6, and charged with Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty. Police allege the victim in the case was a woman. He was held without bail. Brackett-York had a court date last week.
  • David Banning, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 3:32 a.m. on Oct. 7, on a Bench Warrant. He was reportedly wanted by the Hooksett District Court for Unlawful Possession. He was arrested on Pierce Street and had a court date last week.
  • Levi Durgin, 32, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 7, and charged with Resisting Arrest Or Detention, Arrest On A Warrant, and three bench warrants. He was arrested at 10 a.m. on Pleasant Street. Durgin had a court date last week.
