Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 16, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Tabatha Braley, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 10, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 8:47 a.m. on Washington Street and is due back in court on Nov. 9.
- Jeremy Slack, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on Oct. 10, and charged with Organized Retail Crime Enterprise and Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another, both felonies. He was also charged with Theft By Deception and Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another. Police allege that the victim in the case was Walmart on Loudon Road and that the incidents took place on July 10 and July 16. Slack was held on $14,000 bail and had a court date on Oct. 11.
- Sarah Stanwood, 44, of Derry, was arrested on Oct. 10, and charged with Theft By Deception. Police allege that Stanwood stole an item from Walmart on Loudon Road on July 16. She is due back in court on Nov. 9.
- Nicholas Farrauto, 50, of Waterford, Conn., was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 10, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. He was arrested at Thirty Pines on Village Street and has a court date set for Nov. 22.
- Melissa Brown, 31, of Concord, was arrested at 12:49 p.m. on Oct. 11, and charged with Organized Retail Crime Enterprise and Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another, both felonies. She was also charged with Theft By Deception and Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another. Police allege that the victim in the case was Walmart on Loudon Road and that the incidents took place on July 10 and July 16. Brown was held on $10,000 bail and is due back in court on Nov. 9.
- Ashley Cooper, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 11, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 1:11 p.m. at West Parish Road. Cooper is due back in court on Nov. 9.
- Alyssa James, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 11, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). She was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on Loudon Road. Police allege the victim in the case was a teenage adult male boyfriend. James is due back in court on Nov. 9.
- Michael Wing, 49, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 11, and charged with Stalking and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 1:44 p.m. at the on Fisherville Road. Wing had a court date on Oct. 12.
