Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 17, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Felicia Farruggia, 23, of Laconia, was arrested on Oct. 11, on a Bail Jumping charge. She was arrested at 1:45 p.m. at the Merrimack County Courthouse on North Main Street and held without bail. Farruggia had a follow-up court date on Oct. 12.
  • Brianne Hanright, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 7:10 p.m. on Oct. 11, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. Police allege that she assaulted a male acquaintance on West Street. Hanright has a court date set for Nov. 9.
  • Jeremy Wiggin, 24, of Pembroke, was arrested at 2:09 p.m. on Oct. 12, and charged with Attempt To Commit Burglary and Conspiracy To Commit Burglary, both felonies. Police allege the victim in the case was the West Street Market based on an incident on Oct. 4. According to a police report, Wiggin’s 1999 Buick Century was towed to the station on Oct. 6. After his first arrest, Wiggin was charged at 2:17 p.m. with Burglary, a felony. In a police report, police allege that there was an incident on Sept. 11, at the Xtra Cheese Restaurant on Sheep Davis Road. Wiggin had a court date on Oct. 13, for all the arrests.
  • Candace Olms, 17, of Chichester, was arrested on Oct. 12, and charged with Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another (Accomplice) and Conspiracy To Commit Burglary, both felonies. Police allege that Olms was involved in an incident at the on West Street Oct. 4.
  • Luke Levesque, 29, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 12, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. He was arrest at 3:05 p.m. at on Loudon Road.
  • Janel Greene, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 13, on a warrant. He was arrested at 1:57 a.m. on Downing Street.
  • Dylan Silva, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on Oct. 13, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). Police allege that he assaulted a male Concord High School student who was an acquaintance on Drew Street. Silva is due back in court on Nov. 14.
  • Kevin Robie, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on Oct. 13, on a Theft charge against Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street. Police allege he stole an item from the store on Aug. 17.
