Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 23, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Rayna Burke, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 16, on two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. She was arrested at 3:08 a.m. at the on Loudon Road. According to police, her 2001 Toyota Highlander was towed from the scene. Burke has a court date set for Nov. 15.
  • Kevin Burke, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on Oct. 16, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. The arrest relates to an incident on Oct. 14, on Canal Street. Burke is due back in court on Nov. 22.
  • Brad Lizotte, 46, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 17, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) and Second Degree Assault (Personal Weapons), a felony. He was arrested 10 p.m. on Loudon Road. Lizotte had a court date on Oct. 18.
  • Adelaide Rodrigues, 39, of Chichester, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on Oct. 18, on a Theft Of Services charge from Oct. 6. She was arrested on Branch Turnpike. Rodrigues is due back in court on Nov. 16.
  • Kevin Corson, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 18, on a Second Degree Assault (Personal Weapons), a felony charge. Police allege that the victim was a male stranger who was assaulted on Sept. 29, on South State Street. He was held on $20,000 bail. Corson had a court date on Oct. 19.
  • Jose Silveira, 58, of Littleton, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Oct. 19, and charged with Operating Without A Valid License. He was arrested at the intersection of Water and Hall streets and is due back in court on Dec. 5.
  • Patrick Zurline, 19, of Manchester, was arrested on Oct. 19, and charged with Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 4:05 a.m. on Chablis Terrace. Zurline was held without bail and had a court date on Oct. 19.
  • Steve Marquis, 43, of Hooksett, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on Oct. 19, on a Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty. Police allege Marquis broke the order on Oct. 7 against a woman who works for the . He had a court date on Oct. 19.
