Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 24, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Brandon Laclair, 20, of Boscawen, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on Oct. 19, and charged with Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another and Reckless Conduct; Place Another In Danger. Both charges date back to incidents on Sept. 4, on Mountain Road. Police allege the victim in the case was a man who was a stranger and also a city of Concord employee. He is due back in court on Nov. 21.
  • Heth Graham, 20, of Andover, was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on Oct. 19, and charged with Simple Assault and Reckless Conduct; Place Another In Danger. The arrest was based on an incident on Sept. 4, on Mountain Road. Police allege the victim in the case was a man who was a stranger and also a city of Concord employee. He is due back in court on Nov. 21.
  • Kristopher Allard, 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. on Oct. 19, on a Bench Warrant and two Bail Jumping charges. The incidents date back to Oct. 7, 12, and 19, according to police. Allard was held without bail and had a court date on Oct. 20.
  •  Nicole Racine, 22, of Pembroke, was arrested on Oct. 20, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Resisting Arrest Or Detention. She was arrested at 12:39 a.m. on Loudon Road.
  • Rocklin Cavender, 52, of Washington, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on Oct. 20, on a Second Degree Assault (Personal Weapons) charge, a felony. The charge relates to an incident against a male Merrimack Valley Middle School employee on Oct. 13, at Merrimack Valley High School on Village Street.
  • Kara Svarc, 33, of Bennington, was arrested at 7:56 p.m. on Oct. 20, on four counts of Theft By Deception against on Loudon Road. Police allege the incidents occurred between 5:24 and 8:29 p.m. on June 23. Svrac was later charged with an additional Theft By Deception charge based on $268 of store credit she allegedly received on Sept. 20. Svrac is due back in court on Nov. 21.
  • Trevor George, 38, of Boscawen, was arrested on Oct. 20, and charged with Criminal Threatening (Use Of Deadly Weapon), a felony, Disorderly Conduct, and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 10:34 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allege that George had a “knife/cutting instrument” during the incident. George was described as “soiled” and may have been using alcohol, according to a police report. He had a court date on Oct. 21.
  • Jason Connolly, 38, of Salem, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on Oct. 21, and charged with Attempt To Commit Motor Vehicle Theft, a felony, as well as Criminal Trespass, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest Or Detention, and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charges. The charges relate to incidents against the city of Concord police and fire departments. Connolly reportedly damaged property. He was arrested at on Pleasant Street. Connolly had a court date on Oct. 21.
