Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 26, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- David MacAllister, 52, of Concord, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Oct. 22, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. According to police, MacAllister used bolt cutters against on Fisherville Road on Oct. 1. He is due back in court on Nov. 21.
- Christopher Stafford, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on Oct. 22, on a Reckless Operation charge. Police allege the incident occurred on Sept. 29, on Prospect Street. Stafford is due back in court on Nov. 28. Previously, Stafford was arrested on Sept. 11, and charged with Theft. He was arrested 5:10 p.m. and the at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.
- Elaine Gallagher, 51, of Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Oct. 22, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. The case involves a June 4, incident at State Street Laundromat on South State Street. Gallagher is due back in court on Nov. 21.
- Joshua Taylor, 39, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 22, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Lilac Street. Taylor has a court date set for Oct. 22.
- Hussein Hindal, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 22, on an Unlawful Possession Of Alcohol charge. The student was arrested at 10:09 p.m. on North State Street. Another CHS teen was involved in the incident, according to a police report. Hindal is due back in court on Nov. 21. Hindal was arrested back on June 18, at Rollins Park, on a Bench Warrant for a previous charge.
- Craig Snyder, 19, of Brookfield, Mass., was arrested on Oct. 23, and charged with Second Degree Assault (Personal Weapons), a felony, as well as four counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Obstructing Report Of Crime Or Injury, Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), and Disorderly Conduct. He was arrested at 12:52 a.m. at the on Hall Street. Snyder was held on $11,000 bail and had a follow up court date on Oct. 24.
- Justin Vigue, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Oct. 23, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. The charges against the Concord High School student relate to an incident at North State Street on Oct. 22, according to police. Vigue is due back in court on Nov. 28.
