Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 18, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Jonathan McCarthy, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 15, and charged with Criminal Trespass and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 9:42 a.m. on South State Street. McCarthy was held without bail and had a court date last week. This is the second time in recent days that McCarthy has been arrested. On Sept. 14, he was arrested on a Bench Warrant at 9:10 p.m. at the on South Main Street.
- Carl Johnson, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 10:49 a.m. on Sept. 15, and charged with Conduct After An Accident and Lane Control. The arrest relates to an accident at the intersection of I-393 and North Main Street on Aug. 25. Johnson is due back in court on Oct. 19.
- James Rand, 44, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 15, and charged with six counts of Receiving Stolen Property and Fraudulent Use Of Credit Card. He was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on Branch Turnpike. The charges relate to cases from Aug. 8 and Aug. 11. The victim in the case was man. Rand was due back in court last week.
- Timothy Landry, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested on North Main Street at 4:04 a.m. Landry was due back in court last week.
