Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 24, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- James McCarter, 57, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 20, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer charge. He was arrested at 3:45 p.m. at the on North Main Street. McCarter had a court date earlier this week.
- Joshua Hooper, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 20, on an . He was arrested on Alton Woods Drive.
- Brandon Long, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 21, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs, and two Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 12:58 a.m. on South State Street. Long has a court date on Oct. 24.
- Kevin Small, 45, of Wolfeboro, was arrested on Sept. 21, and charged with . Police allege that Small stole parts off a Harley-Davidson motorcycle parked in the parking lot of the WalMart on Loudon Road. The parts were valued at $400. Small is due back in court on Oct. 25.
- Cheyanne Plante, 17, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 20, and charged with Theft and Possession Of Controlled Drugs. She was arrested at 12:16 p.m. at the on North State Street. Police allege that Plante was in possession of marijuana at the time of her arrest. Police also allege that Plante stole condoms, makeup, and hair tint, all valued at around $80. She is due back in court on Oct. 24.
- Euna Kim, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 20, on a Disobeying An Officer charge. He was arrested at 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Clinton and South streets.
- Ryan Pinault, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 21, on a Felonious Sexual Assault charge. He was arrested at 11:34 a.m. on Fisherville Road. The victim in the case is reportedly a teenage girl.
- Vanessa Ryan, 29, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 21, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). She was arrested at 4:20 p.m. at the Hitchcock Clinic on Pleasant Street. Police allege that Ryan assaulted her boyfriend. She is due back in court on Oct. 25.
