Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 7, 2011)

An Allenstown man is charged with stealing copper pipes on South Street.

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

  • Eddie Rodriguez, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 2, and charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, two counts of Driving While Intoxicated, and Operating Without A Valid License. He was arrested 2:50 a.m. at the on South Main Street. Rodriguez is due back in court on Oct. 3.
  • James Dickson, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 2, on a Sale Of Controlled Drugs charge. He was arrested 7:28 a.m. outside on South Main Street. Police allege that Dickson sold the drugs on Nov. 24, 2010. He is due in court on Oct. 4.
  • George Burpee, 34, of Allenstown, was arrested on Sept. 2, and charged with Burglary, Conspiracy and Criminal Liability For Conduct Of Another. He was arrested at 12:20 p.m. on South Street. According to police, Burpee was involved in the theft of hundreds of lbs. of copper piping on Aug. 20. The pipes were valued at $320. In the liability case, the victim was a 67-year-old woman, according to a police report.
  • Jillian Reynolds, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 2, on five Criminal Trespass charges and one Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She was arrested at 1:30 p.m. at WalMart on Loudon Road. The trespass charges stem from incidents on Aug. 29, Aug. 30, and Sept. 2. Reynolds is due back in court on Oct. 12.
  • Christopher Dellisola, 47, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 2, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at on North Main Street at 3:40 p.m.
  • Dustin Delaney, 28, of Concord, was arrested at 7:49 a.m. on Sept. 3, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at the on Loudon Road and is due in court on Oct. 4.
  • Jonathan Evans, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 3, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 6:11 p.m. on North Main Street.
