Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 9, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Kenneth Riley, 67, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 3, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 8:10 a.m. on North State Street. Riley is due back in court on Oct. 4.

Sarah Hodge, 50, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 6, and charged with Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. She was arrested at 6:56 a.m. on North Main Street. Police allege that Hodge stole from a convenience store on Rumford Street at 6:09 a.m. and then from the Cumberland Farms at 6:43 a.m. Hodge was held without bail.

Lucien Vincent, 38, of Gilford, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Sept. 6, on five counts of Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty. Police allege the incidents occurred at the Aspen Dental on Loudon Road between the hours of 1:07 and 2:26 p.m. Vincent was held without bail.

Darrel Bousquet, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. on Sept. 7, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested on Hall Street and is due back in court on Oct. 11.

Loren McCormack, 32, of Boscawen, was arrested on Sept. 7, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 11 a.m. on North Main Street. Police allege that the confiscated a hypodermic needle from McCormack at the time of the arrest.

Matthew McHugh, 20, of Groton, was arrested on Sept. 7, and charged with Theft and a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 2:38 p.m. on Loudon Road. Police allege that McHugh stole a $3 white rubber bracelet. He was held without bail.

Mark Lufkin, 37, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 7, and charged with Theft. He was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that Lufkin stole four boxes of Italian wine valued at $93.94.
