Concord Company Completes Construction Of Durham Senior Apartments
North Branch Construction recently constructed 26 new housing units as part of a $6.5M addition to the Bagdad Wood Senior Apartments.

CONCORD, NH — A construction company in Concord recently completed an addition to a senior housing complex in Durham.
North Branch Construction said the project consisted of 26 new units for senior citizens as part of a project that included additions to the parking area, site improvements, solar panels, and other changes to existing common areas.
The project cost about $6.5 million and involved more than 29,000 square feet of space in the three-story building.

“North Branch Construction is very pleased to complete this exciting project at Bagdad Wood Senior Apartments, bringing more affordable senior living apartments to Durham,” Joseph H. Campbell, president of North Branch Construction, said. “Projects like this one at Bagdad Wood not only improve the quality of available housing for our senior population but also enrich the neighborhoods in which they are located.”
Seniors in the community remained in their homes during the construction.
