Concord Distillery To Mark 6 Years With Public Celebration Saturday
Steadfast Spirits will host tours, tastings, live music and food Saturday at its Hall Street distillery in Concord.

CONCORD, NH — Steadfast Spirits Distilling Company will celebrate its sixth birthday Saturday with a public event at its distillery at 136 Hall St., Unit H.
The celebration starts at noon and is free and open to the public, although guests must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.
Steadfast Spirits, founded in 2020 by owner and Master Distiller Charles Lundergan, said the event will highlight the company's whiskey lineup, offer distillery tours, and feature food and live music. The company said guests can tour its custom still, sample tasting flights across its spirits range, and buy handcrafted cocktails made from house products.

The event also coincides with New Hampshire Maple Weekend. The company said the day will feature Trouble's Maple 'Shine, which it described as being made with pure maple syrup sourced from Pearl & Sons Farm in Loudon.
A new feature this year is The Mischief Lab, which the company described as a first look at experimental and not-yet-released spirits from its research and development program. Guests will be able to sample those spirits and vote on what may be released next.

Live music will be provided by Ernesto Burden during the early afternoon. Food vendors scheduled to be on site are Straws+, serving lemonades, smoothies, and Belgian waffles, and Smoke 'n Hose BBQ, which will offer sausages and other menu items.
The company said the anniversary marks a milestone that began shortly before the coronavirus pandemic. In a statement included in the release, Lundergan said,
“We opened because we love this craft — the whiskey, the process, the people,” Lundergan said. “Opening five weeks before COVID hit could’ve ended everything, but this community didn’t let that happen. Our Trouble Starters showed up and has made Steadfast into what it is today. Six years in, we’re still making whiskey the right way, still sourcing local, and still having a great time doing it. Saturday is for everyone who’s ever walked through that door, as well as those who have always been curious. Come celebrate with us.”
Steadfast said it has introduced more than two dozen whiskey expressions in New Hampshire since opening. The company also said local partnerships are central to its business, and described Saturday's event as a showcase of that approach.
