Concord Fire Performs Helicopter Drill

Ooops, that was the alert that went out on some social media sites on June 21, 2016, but in actuality, firefighters were on drill, preparing for the worst, when it comes to a helicopter landing at Concord Airport.

Every year, according to a post on the Professional Firefighters of Concord Local 1045 Facebook site, the team takes some time out to train. They learn about the equipment, how to shut down the helicopter, and get an idea of what the cabin looks like, in case of an emergency.
