Concord High School Football: Division I State Champs!

The Crimson Tide sent the Pinkerton Astros into a black hole, 42-14.

They did it!

The Concord High School football team, undefeated in the regular season and the playoffs, became Division I state champions on Nov. 23.

The Crimson Tide easily beat the Pinkerton Astros by a score of 42 to 14, capping off an 11-0 season with a huge championship win.

Concord High School was last in the championship game in 2002. It won the championship in 2000. Its last undefeated season was in 1982. It was the ninth time in 10 years that Pinkerton appeared in the Division I championship game. The Astros, who were 9-2 this season, won the championship in 2010.
