Concord High School Wrestlers Win JV States Again

CONCORD, NH — Concord’s junior varsity wrestling squad won the state tournament again on Saturday at Timberlane Regional High School.

The team won with 85 points. Timberlane Regional came in second with 83, while Keene placed third with 80. Salem had 63 points, while Goffstown finished with 46 points.

Concord wrestlers placing in the Top 4 positions, according to FloWrestling, included Nicolas Roberts in 3rd in the 120; Don Mvuyekure placing 2nd while Dominic Schinella came in 4th in the 126; Allen Martin placing 4th in the 132 bracket while Owen Greg came in 1st in the 132B bracket; Sawyer McCready winning 1st in the 138 weight category; Logan Jenista placing 4th in the 144; Jeremy Richard coming in 1st in the 150; Ryley Holt placing 4th in the 157; Charlie Sarette coming in 4th in the 175 weight category; and Jacob Breau coming in 2nd while Damon Corbett placing 4th in the 285.

This was the fifth time in a row the team had won.
