Concord Hospice Care Center To Expand Thanks To $10K Gift From Bank
The gift, from The Merrimack to Granite VNA, will help extend Granite VNA's Community Health Programming into the Lakes Region.

CONCORD, NH — New Hampshire's largest home health and hospice care center is one step closer to expansion and renovation thanks to a $10K donation from Merrimack County Savings Bank.
The gift, from The Merrimack to Granite VNA, will help extend Granite VNA’s Community Health Programming into the Lakes Region by renovating their Laconia location, according to a news release from the bank.
The new community space at the Laconia office will be used to increase access to community health programming, The Merrimack said.

According to Beth Slepian, the president and CEO of Granite VNA, this will include more space to offer preventative wellness programs and bereavement support groups.
"The Merrimack strives to make our communities a better place to live,” Linda Lorden, president of The Merrimack, said in a news release. "Granite VNA is New Hampshire’s largest home health and hospice provider, so it’s crucial we show our support."

Granite VNA provides home health and hospice care to residents of 82 communities throughout the Capital Region and central New Hampshire with offices in Concord, Laconia and Wolfeboro, and at Hospice House in Concord.
