Concord Man Arrested on Five Felony Child Pornography Charges
Police: Stephen Mann was investigated as part of a joint investigation with the NH Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce.

CONCORD, NH — A local man was arrested yesterday on child pornography charges, according to Det. Sgt. Sean Ford, a criminal investigations supervisor with the Concord Police. Stephen Mann, 63, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 15, 2016, with five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images.

According to Ford, a join investigation during the past year of Mann by police and NH Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce led to the charges. Homeland Security as well as police in Allenstown, Bedford, and Manchester, and the Strafford County Sheriff’s Office all worked on the case, he noted. Mann turned himself in to police yesterday on a warrant.
