The homeowner called after seeing the unknown vehicle parked in his driveway and alleged that a man was unconscious in the vehicle.
An aggressive dog inside the vehicle, according to the post, wouldn't allow EMS personnel to get close to the operator, so Dunbarton Police were called to the scene. As a result of the investigation by police, he was arrested. Police alleged that Anderson had a previous DWI arrest although the date and conviction status was not noted in the post.
Anderson is due in court on June 20.
