According to an arrest report and court affidavit, on July 2, 2014, Laconia Police received a report from the DYCF about a sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl. The girl was interviewed by the Greater Lakes Child Advocacy Center on July 8, 2014, and alleged that she and a friend were picked up in Gilford in March 2014 by someone they met on Facebook. The case, however, was submitted to Concord Police until March 2015, according to the detective’s report.

According to the report, Pakasuk reportedly told the girls that he didn’t want anything in a “dirty way” and noted that he was much older than the girls. He allegedly took the girls back to his Bog Road apartment and gave them alcohol. The girls became “highly intoxicated” and he allegedly went to sexually assault the girl.

“I can’t do this, I don’t want to,” she reportedly stated, according to the report.

The girl tried to push him off but her body was “like Jello,” and she could not, according to the report. He allegedly sexually assaulted the girl for a second time later, reportedly pinning her arms and wrists down, according to the report. During the second assault, the other girl reportedly pulled Pakasuk off the first girl. One of the girls received a call from her mother and Pakasuk reportedly drove them back to Laconia. He allegedly was “freaking out” and told them not to speak about the assault.

“(The girl) stated that Mr. Pakasuk also sent her messages, including one that said, “Don’t tell anyone, I know where you live” and “Don’t be surprised if you see me looking in your bedroom window.”

The girl later told another girl about the incident. The second girl called her father and all were interviewed about the case.

On July 24, 2015, according to the court affidavit, the girl attempted to contact Pakasuk via text message using a Concord Police Department cellphone. He reportedly didn’t immediately answer. But two days later, he allegedly did resume communication with the girl and requested that they meet up.

“When asked if hanging out would be like last time, he stated that it would,” according to the detective. “(The girl) told him, ‘If it’s like last time you’re going to have to wrap it up.’ Mr. Pakasuk responded that he would.”

Pakasuk then allegedly sent photos via text message including a photo of himself naked with an erection, according to the report.

Pakasuk was served with a warrant after a traffic stop at the Mobil Xtramart on Whitney Road and was held on $60,000 cash bail.
