Concord Man Busted for DWI in Penacook: Log
Police also arrest Pembroke man on drug, weapon charges and a Weare man on numerous child endangerment charges.

CONCORD, NH — Matthew W. Johnson, 33, of Union Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, on two counts of driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. He was arrested on Village Street in Penacook near Chief’s Place.

Gregg A. Stockman, 36, of Deerborn Road in Pembroke, was arrested at 4 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, and carry/sell weapons-switchblades, etc. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Broadway.

Steven R. Knight, 37, of North Stark Highway in Weare, was arrested at 7:43 p.m. on Nov. 13, 2016, for reckless conduct, five counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, and domestic violence-criminal threatening. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Clinton Street.
Javier D. West, 36, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:47 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, for two counts of simple assault and a single domestic violence-simple assault count. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Fisherville Road.

Charles C. Cooper Sr., 53, of Elm Street in Manchester, was arrested at 3:35 p.m. on Nov. 14, 2016, for forgery, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Bank of America on Storrs Street.
