Concord Man Busted on Heroin Charge in Manchester
Queen City detectives bust Kyle Rautenberg last night after an alleged drug run to Lawrence.

MANCHESTER, NH - A local man was arrested on a drug charge last night after the Manchester Police Department Special Enforcement Division detectives worked a few tips that turned into busts.
Kyle Rautenberg, 24, of Concord, was arrested on April 5, 2016, charged with possession of a controlled drug.

According to a press statement, detectives reportedly received information that Rautenberg allegedly was heading to Lawrence to pick up drugs and would be returning later in the evening to a Kimball Street address. They waited at the address at just before 7:15 p.m. and met up with him there.

“Detectives located Rautenberg outside of the address and advised him of the information they received indicating he was in possession of heroin,” according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe of the Manchester Police Department. “He provided a cigarette pack containing 2.2 grams of heroin. He was subsequently arrested and charged with possession of a controlled drug.”
Rautenberg was arraigned this morning.
Also arrested by detectives in Manchester last night was Joseph Maloney, 24, of Manchester, who was a passenger in a Land Rover that was stopped on Beech Street. One of the detectives stated the he saw Maloney allegedly “drop an unknown item from his left hand as he rested it on the driver’s side headrest.” The driver reportedly gave a consent search of the vehicle and police allegedly located heroin and crack cocaine inside. Maloney was charged with two counts and falsifying physical evidence. He was also arraigned this morning.
