Concord Man Faces Child Porn Charges

The have arrested a Concord man and charged him with multiple counts of possession of child pornography, after a long investigation.

Joseph Estabrook, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Jan. 9, and charged with five counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

According to police, in April 2011, detectives initiated an investigation of Estabrook after a citizen complaint. In May of last year, police executed a search warrant of the Portsmouth Street how where he lives with his parents. Detectives reportedly “seized several devices capable of storing digital images.”

According to a press release, “The forensic analysis of the devices seized showed that they contained sexually explicit photographs containing children.” The press release stated that the photos appear to have come from the Internet and are not of local children.

Estabrook was releasted on $10,000 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on Feb. 12.
