Concord Man Indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court

Brandon Chartier was previously convicted of drug possession in 2013. He was arrested in 2016 in a Operation Granite Hammer sweep.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted last month in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Brandon Chartier, 34, of Joffre Street in Concord, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin, allegedly on Nov. 8, 2016, in Nashua, after previously being convicted of possession in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2013.
