Concord Man, Milford Woman Arrested on Drug Charges
Manchester Police arrest Diana Dimartino for possession of crack cocaine, other charges; Sheldon Wallace for possession of heroin.
Police in the Queen City arrested a local man and a female friend yesterday on drug charges, according to a press report.
Sheldon Wallace, 41, of Concord, was arrested at around 6:40 p.m. on Feb. 12, 2015, and charged with possession of a controlled drug. Also arrested was Diana Dimartino, 33, of Milford, who was charged with possession of a controlled drug, resisting arrest or detention, and falsifying physical evidence.
According to the report, an officer and a trainee pulled over a white Volvo for defective equipment near the intersection of Union and Hanover streets.

As the officer approached the car, he noticed a male driver and a woman sitting in the passenger seat behind the driver. The officer watched the woman, later identified as Dimartino, allegedly “reach into her boot after she handed the driver the back pack style bag.” The officer told her to stop reaching into her boot, for safety reasons, but she allegedly failed to comply and was ordered out of the Volvo. Dimartino reportedly stepped out of the car and was questioned about what was in her boot.
“(Dimartino) allegedly refused to answer questions for the officer and did not comply with the investigative detention,” according to Lt. Brian O’Keefe. “He conducted a quick pat down before allowing her to retrieve the items from her boot. She allegedly reached into her boot and threw two small bags into the snow.”

A K-9 unit was called to the scene to scene and was able to locate two bags which reportedly contained a small quantity of crack cocaine. Dimartino was then arrested.
Wallace was allegedly in possession of heroin so he too was arrested. Both were held without bail and arraigned earlier today.
Last year, according to online reports, Dimartino was arrested on a warrant. According to Foster’s Daily Democrat, Wallace, who was living in Alton at the time, was arrested in 2010 for burglary, drug, and other charges.
