
A local car salesman is expected in Sixth Circuit District Division Court today after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend
Randy R. Moffett, 35, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 21, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and false imprisonment. He was arrested about an hour after the alleged incidents at the Route 3 Auto Sales location on North State Street, where he reportedly works as a sales representative.
According to a Concord Police Department arrest report, the alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman.

Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000 and he is due in court on Nov. 26.
