Concord Men Arrested Sunday
Two charged after man found beaten, bleeding on North Main Street.
Two Concord men were arrested on Feb. 5, after a reported robbery and home invasion on North Main Street in the early evening.
, 37, of Concord, was arrested and charged with Robbery, a felony.
Joshua White, 42, of Concord, was also arrested and charged with Conspiracy To Commit Robbery, a felony.

According to a press release, police were called to 154 N. Main Street at a little before 7 p.m. When they arrived, they reportedly found a man “bleeding heavily from the face with a swollen right eye.” The man told the officers that two men reportedly forced their way into the man’s apartment and allegedly assaulted him. The men also reportedly rifled through the apartment looking for money and other items.
The victim in the case was able to provide police with information, including the first names of the alleged perpetrators, which he reportedly heard while the men were attacking him.

Officers were able to use the information to track down Sutton and White. The police allege that blood was found on Sutton’s sweatpants when he was questioned. Both were taken into custody not long after being questioned.
Sutton and White were arraigned on Feb. 6, and in Sixth Circuit Court in Concord. Sutton was held on $20,000 cash bail and White was held on $10,000 cash bail. The press release noted that both suspects “could also be facing parole violations.”
According to a previous arrest log, Sutton was arrested on Nov. 19, on a Warrant, from an alleged incident on South Fruit Street on Nov. 19.
