Parker’s criminal history, according to superior court documents, appeared to date back to at least 2010, when he pleaded guilty to acts prohibited, prohibited sales, and receiving stolen property charges out of Bennington. About a decade later, in Sunapee, he was charged with six drug sales, transport, and manufacture counts, four controlled drug: acts prohibited, and a single count of penalty for an offense committed while on bail. He pleaded guilty in September 2022 to the six drug sales, transport, and manufacture charges.
