Concord NH 2019 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map
There are hundreds registered sex offenders living or working in Concord and Penacook, New Hampshire.

CONCORD, NH — Before sending your children out trick-or-treating on Halloween, it's always a good thing to know where they are going and who is living in your neighborhood. There are 211 sex offenders listed as either living or working in Concord and Penacook, according to the New Hampshire Department of Safety, Division of State Police.
Laws require that offenders register both at their primary residence and place of employment. Some who aren't banned from using the internet must also must notify police of any email or social media accounts they are using.
These offenders are not wanted by police and this information should not be used to harass, discriminate, or harm these individuals.

In New Hampshire, sex offenders are not specifically prohibited from handing out candy on Halloween.
The pins on the embedded map represent addresses where offenders are or may be located. Nearly 30 sex offenders registered in Concord are homeless or have active arrest warrant and police are unable to locate them.
