Concord Panera Customers Can Now Use App to Order

If you’re a fan of Panera Bread and would like your food ready when you arrive, the company would like you to try out a new iPhone app that allows you to put in an order ahead of time.

The company launched the app earlier this month in Concord, as well as other locations around New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and hopes to bring the app, eventually, to all its locations, according to a press statement.

The process is relatively simple: Download the app and then, select “Rapid Pick-Up Order,” place the order, and pick it up at the store.Orders can be customized from the app and the app can also be made to synch to the customer’s MyPanera account, which keeps track of rewards. Orders can also be placed from the store and delivered to your table.
