​Concord Pet of the Week: Cookie

CONCORD, NH — The Pope Memorial SPCA of Concord-Merrimack County Pet of the Week this week is Cookie. Cookie is a Holland Lop-Eared Mix, 1.5 years young bunny. She is on the search for a family of her very own. She is very friendly, but does not like being picked up – gentle pats do her just fine. She loves eating celery, carrots and apple slices, too. In her last home, the people had no time for her so she sat in my outdoor cage... Now, she is still patiently sitting in her enclosure at the SPCA waiting for a hero to welcome her into their home (inside) and enjoy all the days ahead.

As the shelter’s longest small-animal resident, they hope you’ll come check her out. She is an independent and low key girl – promising to do all she can to be fun and easy. If you have some time and are looking to add a flop eared friend to your family, please come say hi.
