Concord Police Ask for Help with Missing Person Case

The Concord Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding Tina Russell, 39, of Concord.

It was reported by family and friends of Tina that she was last seen on July 30, 2015, at approximately 1 p.m.

“It was at that time that she left her residence on Rumford Street in Concord and has not been seen since,” according to Lt. Timothy O’Malley, the commander of the criminal investigations unit of the Concord Police Department. “It is believed that Tina left her residence on foot.”

Both police and members of Tina’s family have checked several areas in Concord that are known to be frequented by her and have had no contact. Although there is no indication of foul play, police are concerned for Tina’s welfare.

Tina is white, with brown hair and blue eyes. She is approximately 5-feet, 4-inches tall and 105 lbs. She is also described as having a light complexion. Tina was last seen wearing a green tank top and tan shorts.
