Concord Police Bust Up Party on Maple Street
Two arrested; four teenagers from Epping, Raymond summoned.
A party on Maple Street late last month that was broken up by the Concord Police landed two in jail and a slew of teenagers with court dates in the month of September.
Jasmine A. Clubb, 21, of Concord, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Aug. 26, and charged with facilitating a drug or underage alcohol party on Maple Street.
Also arrested that same night was Alexander Fernan Wise, 23, of Concord, who was charged with resisting arrest or detention and simple assault (personal weapons). The alleged victim in the assault charge was a Concord Police officer, according to an arrested report.

Both Clubb and Wise were released on personal recognizance bail and have court dates on Oct. 1.
Four teenagers were also summoned to Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 12 and Sept. 24.

Sarah Woodmansee, 17, of Epping, along with Rachel Mgrdichian, 17, Randy Elwell, 18, Kyle Durkee, 18, all of Raymond, were issued summonses for unlawful possession of alcohol. Woodmansee, Elwell, and Durkee all had court dates Sept. 12; Mgrdichian is due in court next week.
