Concord Police Continue To Seek Leads After Downtown Biker Incident

Crimeline Update: No arrests have been made after Sunday fight at North Main and Park streets involving the Knights of Sin Motorcycle Club.

CONCORD, NH — Concord police are still seeking tips about the incident downtown on Sunday involving bikers and a discharged handgun.

Deputy Police Chief John Thomas of the Concord Police Department said no arrests had been made but investigators were still working on the shooting case. He said despite initial reports that a person had been shot during the incident, police have not been able to confirm that. Investigators also do not believe the claim to be accurate, Thomas said.

According to video security footage acquired by police, two bikers were involved in the fight when a third showed a handgun and discharged a single shot around 1:30 p.m. The bikers then began to scatter.

Thomas said around eight or nine bikers were in the area at the time of the incident. He could not confirm whether a report by another witness of one of the registrations on a fleeing Harley-Davidson was out of Massachusetts was accurate.

On Sunday night, police called the fight and shooting “not a random incident” and said the bikers appeared to be “somewhat familiar with each other.”
